<li>ベーキングパウダー…小さじ１（4g)</li>
<li>混ぜた感じに合わせて水を大さじ1~3ほど…（もしあれば、オオバコを小さじ1/2ほど追加すると水分を吸収するのでしっとりします＆食物繊維たっぷりです）</li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><a href="https://amzn.to/3zt6JXY" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">カゼインプロテイン</span></a></span>の特徴は、ホエイプロテインが<span style="text-decoration: underline;">約2時間で吸収するのに対して</span>カゼインプロテインは<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>約7～8時間</strong>かけてゆっくりと体へ吸収</span>すること。</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">卵＋プロテイン＋ベーキングパウダー</span>だけでも<strong>プロテイン蒸しパン</strong>は作れますが、すぐに食べないとすぐパサパサになってしまうので、わたしは小麦粉代用の低糖質・ケトジェニック対応の代用粉を少し足すようにしています。</p>

<p>というわけで、早速作ってみる。</p>
<p>糖質０のおからパウダー（<a href="https://amzn.to/34onzKx" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">奇跡のおから</span></strong></a>）と<a href="https://amzn.to/3uqjv6X" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>ふすまパンミックス</strong></a>（<a href="https://amzn.to/3uqjv6X" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">富澤商店</span></a>）、あと食感にパン感を増すために<a href="https://amzn.to/3yI19lf" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">小麦ふすま</span></strong></a>（富澤商店）をすこ〜〜し足して作りました。</p>

<p>【オオバコでつくるお餅みたいな食感の磯辺焼き〜材料〜】</p>

<li><a href="https://amzn.to/3e9TSjc" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>おからパウダー</strong>（糖質0の奇跡のおから）</a>…12g</li>
<li><strong>水</strong>…200cc</li>
<li><a href="https://amzn.to/3cWjsI9" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>つゆ</strong>（ヤマモリ の糖質89%オフ）</a>…大さじ1~1 1/2（好みの味の濃さで）</li>
<li><strong>乾燥小エビ</strong>、<strong>あおさ</strong>、ゴマなど…つきごまやアオサなど入れると風味がついてより磯辺焼きっぽくなるのでおすすめ。</li>
<li>焼き海苔…適量</li>
<li>（私はプラス紅ショウガを大さじ一ほど刻んで入れる）</li>

<p>【作りかた】</p>
<ol>
<li>ボウルにa,b,eを入れて、混ぜ合わせます。</li>
<li>cとdを混ぜてからボウルに注ぎ、混ぜ合わさったらラップをして、レンジで500wを2分半！</li>
<li>だいぶもちっぽくなっていますが混ぜて再度30秒レンジにかけ、完成！ （ぷくーっと膨れて器からはみ出ないように気をつけてください。膨れ上がったら時間を待たずに完成です）</li>

<p>かなりもちもちした生地が出来上がるので、ラップやトレイなどの上で適度なサイズにカットして海苔を巻いて食べるもよし。 私はさらにゴマ油で表面をカリッと焼くのがオススメ！</p>

<p>上記を分量の水（お湯はオオバコが固まってしまうので<strong>ダメ</strong>！）で素早く混ぜて、丈のたかいタッパーでレンチン2分(500w)＋一度出してサイド混ぜてから1分（膨れ上がってくるので、1分経たずとも取り出してOK)</p>

<p>飲んでも美味しいプロテインドリンクの粉を使っているので、もちろん美味しい仕上がり<hr /></p>

<p>上記を分量の水（お湯はオオバコが固まってしまうので<strong>ダメ</strong>！）で素早く混ぜて、丈のたかいタッパーでレンチン2分(500w)＋一度出してサイド混ぜてから1分（膨れ上がってくるので、1分経たずとも取り出してOK)</p>
<p>簡単にできちゃいます<hr /></p>

<p>レンチン後にタッパーからクッキングシートにだしたら・・・</p>
<p>ぷよぷよ具合が<span style="font-size: 18pt; color: #ff00ff;"><strong>魔神ブウ</strong></span>っぽい。（と思うのは私だけ？）</p>

<li><a href="https://amzn.to/33CRvSE" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">奇跡のおから（糖質ゼロのおからパウダー）</span></a>大さじ1（7-8g)を１へ</li>
<li>甘めが希望なら代替甘味料の<a href="https://amzn.to/3eDGjM0" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">エリスリトール</span></a>を適量１へ追加</li>
<li>水（温かいものは<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/274c.png" alt="❌" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />）200ccを1に入れて一気に混ぜる。（時間が経つとたつと固形化するのでちゃちゃっと！）</li>

<p>熱がとれたら、そのまま切って食べても、きな粉などと合わせても美味しく食べられます。</p>

<p>今回は、（良質のオイルも合わせて摂取したかったので）食べる前にココナッツオイルを溶かしたフライパンで一度焼いてから、きな粉＋エリスリトール＋抹茶と、<a href="https://iherb.co/U2L5aQR" target="_blank" rel="noopener">糖質０＆カロリー0のシロップ</a>で「<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>流し餅</strong></span>（つきたてのお餅をいろんな味で楽しむ食べ方）」<hr /></p>
