<p><strong>糖質制限</strong>をしていると、生地に含まれるいろんな糖分を考慮してクラッカーとか普通のパンとか、パイとか低糖質のものでないと選ばないと思うのですが、これは簡単！（あぶらが気になる人はゆびきしましょう！）</p>
<p>ひっくり返さないでトーストすると・・・どれだけそれまで最大限に開いておいても閉じてしまうんですよね。で、サクサクになってしまっているのでひらけない^^;</p>

<p>①面倒くさがりな私は、すぐに使える<a href="https://amzn.to/3s9no2t" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">ザーネワンダーのホイップクリーム</span></strong></a> で振るだけですぐに使えるタイプのホイップ<strong>生クリーム</strong>をチョイス（甘さ控えめ）</p>
<p>②生クリームから作るときは、砂糖の代わりにだいたい甘味料の「<a href="https://amzn.to/3sbM4Ye" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>エリスリトール</strong></span></a>」を使ってさらに糖質をカットしましょ<hr /></p>
