<li>混ぜた感じに合わせて水を大さじ1~3ほど…（もしあれば、オオバコを小さじ1/2ほど追加すると水分を吸収するのでしっとりします＆食物繊維たっぷりです）</li>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">卵＋プロテイン＋ベーキングパウダー</span>だけでも<strong>プロテイン蒸しパン</strong>は作れますが、すぐに食べないとすぐパサパサになってしまうので、わたしは小麦粉代用の低糖質・ケトジェニック対応の代用粉を少し足すようにしています。</p>

<p>基本、日々の生活で密になるような場所に行ったり複数名で飲むような習慣もないので生活に変化はないのですが、遅くまで仕事をされている方が20:00以降食事を摂る選択肢が減るのはかわいそうな気もします。</p>

<p>わたしは、今日もおとなしく部屋飲み。</p>
<p>妹の家が近いのですが、こういう状況下で遊びに行くわけにもいかないので妹の家にいる母と妹の家の近くのホテルに泊まって雑談しながら、外食せずに近くに住む妹と海外に住む妹と家族でオンラインで会話をしながら部屋で楽しく飲みます<hr /></p>

<p>そして、近くのスーパーで見つけた<strong>Medaille D&#8217;or</strong>が貼られているので美味しいはず！と思い購入したボルドー。</p>
<p>グラスも200円！！で近くのダイソーで購入できちゃいました。</p>

<p>レンチンレシピは色々ありますが、いつもは<a href="https://amzn.to/3hKmOkV"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>糖質ゼロ</strong>の<strong>おからパウダー</strong></span></a>でお<strong>から蒸しパン</strong>を作ることが多いのですが、<a href="https://amzn.to/3nepnwN" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>冨澤商店のふすまパンミックス</strong></span></a>でつくる簡単ブレッドはよりずっしりした感じのパンが作れ、糖質もそこまで高くないのでおすすめ。<br />
（100gあたり <span style="color: #008000; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>糖質：10.8g</strong></span>なので、<span style="font-size: 18pt; color: #800000;"><strong>一回あたり1.5g</strong></span>くらい)</p>

<p>この丸いカップですが、<strong>ダイソー</strong>でレンジで作る茶碗蒸し用のプラスチックカップ。</p>
<p>サイズがちょうどよく、気に入って使っています。</p>

<p>つぶ貝が大好きなので、牛すじも好きなのですが今回はつぶ貝にしました<hr /></p>

<p>おでんを作るときに、低糖質に作りたい人のおすすめ材料。</p>
<p>一般的に、出汁（だし）に含まれる<strong>みりん</strong>や<strong>砂糖</strong>は<strong>糖質たっぷり</strong>！なんですよね。</p>
<p>出汁作りに簡易的使われる『<strong>つゆ</strong>』も<strong>糖質</strong>が高くて、なかなかおでんのような具はヘルシーなのにだしに糖質が多く含まれるものは外では買えません。</p>

<p>これは、私の勉強法なのですが、英単語やセンテンスなどの音声は1日数分で一冊を進めるものが多いですが、私の場合は一冊の音声を一気に聴いて、数日おいてまた聴いて・・・と何回も繰り返して、自分が単語や表現に触れる機会を増やしています。</p>

<p>今日の<strong>おから蒸しパン</strong>は、いつも「おからのグリーン蒸しパン」に材料としていれる<strong>抹茶パウダー</strong>・<strong>てん茶（</strong>抹茶の原料になる茶葉)の他に、<a href="https://amzn.to/3caNI1G" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">サントリーウェルネスの”<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>極の青汁</strong></span>”</span></a>1/2包を投入。</p>

<p>使ったミックスビーンズは、もちろん「<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>豆</strong></span>」なので、<strong>ケトジェニック</strong>な生活をしてる人にとっては少し糖質が高め。</p>
<p>なので、パンの種には混ぜずに上にふりかける程度で糖質を抑えてます。</p>

<p>不思議なのは、いろんな青汁に挑戦しましたが、結局「<span style="font-size: 14pt; color: #99cc00;"><strong>サントリーの青汁</strong></span>」はすごい。ってこと。</p>
<p>青汁なのに<strong>ほんのり甘い香り</strong>と<strong>抹茶の味</strong>で青汁のイメージは全然なくて…本当、美味しいんですよね。</p>
<p>あと、これは私だけなのかも？ですが、<span style="text-decoration: underline;">爪の甘皮がピカピカになる</span>の<span style="text-decoration: underline;">とささくれが消える</span>。（飲み始めて３日くらいで）</p>
<p>他の青汁より少し高いんだけど、飲んでも美味しいし、ゼリーにしても溶けやすくて沈殿しないのでずっと愛用中<hr /></p>

<p>小鍋にチキンブイヨンとか鶏ガラの素とかを少し（糖質気になるので、少なめに。）入れてたくさんのお湯で煮るだけ！</p>
<p>食べるときは、塩胡椒や一味でスープとして楽しんだり、<strong>ミネストローネスープ</strong>に混ぜたり。</p>
<p>スープの方が先になくなりがちなので、残った肉は柔らかいのでサラダラップの具材にしたりしてます<hr /></p>
